Stop fricking sending around petitions saying they’re going to “stop SOPA” or “stop CISPA 2.0”. All they do, literally all they freaking do, is let the people on capitol hill know you’re dissatisfied with this idea. It might affect whether or not they vote for/against it, it might not. There are plenty of ways that you can influence Capitol Hill to vote the way you want, but this is not one of them.
